This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between JDTECHSAGE ("Company") and the client, partner, or individual ("Disclosing Party"). The purpose of this Agreement is to protect all confidential and proprietary information shared during business engagements including app development, game development, web solutions, networking setup, and CCTV installations.
Source code, UI/UX designs, app logic, architecture, APIs, and product strategies.
Game concepts, mechanics, monetization models, graphics, and backend systems.
Business plans, customer data, credentials, hosting details, and admin access.
Infrastructure design, IP configurations, firewall settings, and enterprise network layouts.
Camera layouts, surveillance data, access credentials, and security architecture.
Contracts, pricing, proposals, internal documentation, and confidential discussions.
We do not disclose any client information to third parties without written consent.
Information is used strictly for project execution and service delivery purposes only.
Only authorized team members have access to confidential project data.
This Agreement remains in effect during the course of the project and continues for a period of 3 years after project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
